These terms apply when you buy a course, join a membership, book a 1:1 session, or use thefcg.co.uk and our client portal. Please read them before purchasing. By buying from us or using the portal, you accept these terms.
1. About us

2. What we are — and what we are not
FCG is an education and community brand. We provide trading education, structured courses, community access and mentoring.
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or personal recommendations. Nothing on our website, in our courses, in our community, or in any 1:1 session is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument, or advice on whether any product is suitable for you.
We are an Introducing Broker for PU Prime. If you open a trading account through us, that account is with PU Prime — a separate, regulated company. PU Prime holds your funds and executes all trades. FCG never holds client money and never executes trades. Your relationship with PU Prime is governed by PU Prime's own terms, and you should read them.
We receive commission from PU Prime in connection with clients introduced by us. This is a financial interest you should be aware of when considering our referrals.
3. Risk warning
Trading foreign exchange, gold and contracts for difference carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial investment. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Copy trading does not remove risk — you remain exposed to losses on your own account.
We make no representation, promise or guarantee about profits, returns, income, or any particular result from our education, our community, or copy trading. Any figures used in our materials are illustrative and educational only.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for the money in your own trading account. If you are unsure whether trading is right for you, seek independent advice from an FCA-authorised adviser.
4. What you're buying
Courses — one-off purchases giving access to the relevant course in our client portal, including its lessons and final assessment. Current prices: Forex Foundations £49, Technical Analysis £69, Risk & Psychology £69, Gold (XAU/USD) Specialist £99.
Memberships — recurring monthly subscriptions: Committed £60 per month, Elite £179.99 per month. Foundation is free. The features of each tier are as described on our website at the time of purchase.
1:1 Strategy Call — a single 45-minute one-to-one session, £75.
Certificates — awarded on completing a course and passing its final assessment at 80% or above. Our certificates are FCG certificates of completion. They are not regulated qualifications, and they are not accredited by or affiliated with any regulatory or educational awarding body.
We may improve, update or change course content over time. We will not materially reduce what you have paid for during your access period.
5. Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable [confirm VAT position]. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. Memberships renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your purchase until cancelled, and your payment method will be charged automatically.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is made.
6. Your right to cancel (important)
Digital content and the 14-day right. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. However, where you have expressly asked for immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once access begins, that right no longer applies.
By completing checkout and ticking the immediate-access confirmation, you agree that access to your course or membership begins straight away and you lose the 14-day right to cancel that purchase. If you would prefer to keep the cancellation right, do not tick that box and do not access the content — contact us instead.
Cancelling a membership. You can cancel a monthly membership at any time before your next billing date by emailing [[email protected]] [or through the client portal]. Cancellation stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months.
1:1 sessions. You can reschedule or cancel a booked session with at least [24] hours' notice for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations inside [24] hours, or non-attendance, are not refundable.
Faulty content. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If digital content we supply is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides.
7. Your account and access
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Keep your login details secure and do not share them.
Access is personal to you. You may not share, resell, record, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit our course content, community discussions or materials. Doing so is a breach of these terms and of our copyright, and we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
8. Community and conduct
Where we provide a community or group sessions, we expect respectful conduct. We may remove anyone who is abusive, who promotes their own financial products or signals, who shares content that constitutes financial advice, or who otherwise disrupts the group. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination without refund.
9. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, documents, templates, branding and content remain the intellectual property of FCG or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning while your access is active.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and we rely on third-party platforms. We are not liable for downtime outside our reasonable control.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that: our education is provided for informational and educational purposes, and we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or investment decisions you make. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
We are not liable for the acts, omissions, platform, execution or solvency of PU Prime or any other third party.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. You may stop using our services at any time; membership cancellation is covered in section 6.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email [[email protected]] and we will acknowledge within [3] working days and aim to resolve it within [14] days. As we are not FCA-authorised, complaints about FCG are not eligible for the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Complaints about your trading account should be directed to PU Prime under their complaints process.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you make a purchase. Material changes affecting an active membership will be notified by email before they take effect.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
