Last updated: [02.08.26]
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use thefcg.co.uk, our client portal at members.thefcg.co.uk, or any of our courses, memberships or services. We are the data controller for this information.
1. Who we are
The Financial Commitment Group Email: [[email protected]]
We are an education and community brand and an Introducing Broker for PU Prime. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not provide financial advice or hold client money.
2. The personal data we collect
When you enquire or book a consultation: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, your stated area of interest, and anything you tell us in the enquiry or on the call.
When you buy a course, membership or 1:1 session: your name, email address, billing details and purchase history. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
When you use the client portal: login details, course progress, assessment attempts and scores, certificates issued, and dates of access.
When you visit the website: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring site, and cookie data (see section 9).
If you join copy trading: you open an account directly with PU Prime. The account information, identity documents and funds you provide to PU Prime are held by PU Prime under their own privacy policy, not ours. We may receive limited information from PU Prime confirming that an account was opened via our referral.

4. Marketing
If you consent, we will email you about FCG courses, memberships, events and educational content. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out at any time. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop service emails relating to a purchase you have made.
5. Who we share it with
We use third-party providers who process personal data on our behalf:
HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, website, client portal, email and course platform
Stripe — payment processing
Calendly — consultation and call bookings
Google Workspace — business email
Google Analytics — website analytics
We also share data with PU Prime where you ask us to refer you, or where you have opened an account through our referral link. PU Prime is a separate company and an independent data controller; their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
We may disclose data where required by law, by a regulator, or to establish or defend legal claims. We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), where no overriding reason to keep it applies
Restrict or object to our processing, including objecting to direct marketing at any time
Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
To exercise any of these, email [[email protected]]. We will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, by calling 0303 123 1113, or by writing to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

[If a cookie banner is in place, describe it here. If one is not, note that PECR requires consent for non-essential cookies before they are set.]
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable providers with their own security standards. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the ICO of a qualifying breach as required by law.
11. Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from under-18s. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
